Description

We believe that the right people can make all the difference, and that's why we're on the lookout for an exceptional Senior HR Advisor to join our team at SYNLAB.

As we continue to expand and grow, we need an experienced HR professional to support our business units and help drive our success in the Southwest.

Based at our Cardiff site, you'll have the chance to work closely with our HR Business Partner and provide a full range of generalist HR services, advice and support to all stakeholders, from our Senior Management Team to our valued employees across SYNLAB UK.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • As a member of our dynamic team of HR professionals, you'll play a vital role in driving our growth and achieving our ambitious goals. You'll need to be a selfstarter and thrive in a fastpaced environment where multitasking, planning, and excellent time management skills are essential.
  • If you have a CIPD Level 5 or above, a working knowledge of HRIS (Compass), significant experience in dealing with change management, absence management, and employee relations, we want to hear from you. You'll also need to have a deep understanding of employment legislation and be able to advise our managers on policies and procedures.

Hybrid flexible working (up to 2 days per week) upon successful completion of probation
