Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor who specialises in supporting young people with SEMH?
Integra Education are currently supporting an alternative provision based in Skelmersdale.

The school offers specialist support for learners with SEMH and ASD, aged 8-18.

The school prides itself on providing a holistic approach to education, by preparing pupils for of all the opportunities, responsibilities, and experiences of adult life.


Integra Education is seeking a full time behaviour mentor to work closely with small groups and individual learners with challenging behaviour.

learners are aged 8-18 and all have an EHCP.

Supporting them during lessons, and therapy sessions it will be vital that you have the qualities to build a professional and trusting relationship with vulnerable young people.

Must have

  • Experience of working with children
  • Ability to deal with challenging situations
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills with knowledge across the curriculum.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resilience
  • Behaviour management experience
  • DBS on the update service or be willing to complete a new one.
  • Right to work in the UK

Pay:
£75.00-£90.00 per day
