Description

We are seeking a passionate Kids Coach to join our team at Oxted School every Saturday morning, in providing educational and sports coaching to children.

• Deliver preplanned, engaging educational and sports coaching sessions for children
• Create a safe and inclusive environment for kids to learn and develop new skills
• Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
• Organise and supervise activities that promote physical fitness and teamwork
• Ensure the wellbeing and safety of all children under your care
• 100% reliable, energetic and funloving person requuired

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with children aged between 18 months to 8 years
• Physically fit
• Strong organisational skills to plan and coordinate coaching sessions effectively
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
• Previous experience in sports coaching or working with children is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
• Ability to adapt coaching techniques to suit individual needs and abilities
