Working Hours: 09.00am pm, Monday - Friday

Your New Role


Working very closely with the Head of Account Management and the Customer Experience Managers you will be part of the Customer Experience Team and look to provide the best-in-class customer experience to our clients.

The team will be expected to maintain excellent relationships with our profile of customers to develop and grow the business.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete daily tasks, including resolving customer queries.
  • Communicating with our clients to ensure they continue to be satisfied with the service provided.
  • Using your skills to offer a complete customer experience.
  • Build solid relationships with our client base through your daily communication and identifying trends.
  • Keep on top of your workload to allow for business growth and better relationships with clients.

  • Expertise for handling customer expectations.
  • The desire to achieve elevated levels of customer experience.
  • The ability to relate to customer issues and resolve enquiries quickly and efficiently to offer the best industry service.
  • Success will come from being able to manage your personal workload and have the passion to spot opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • It is important to have industry knowledge and an understanding of the products and services provided by the company.
  • A desire to focus on personal progression through the role will allow the applicant to develop themselves with customer interaction and management of clients.
