As Lead Ganger you will manage Civil operatives overseeing the planning and execution of all resolution of blockages to meet contract delivery.


Here's what you'll do:


  • Dig track work to a good standard.
  • Ensure all works images are captured on company supplied assets.
  • Correct usage of all tools, plant and equipment and be responsible for any assets assigned to them.
  • When excavating complete full cable avoidance survey and correctly mark any services prior to excavation; Asset plan referral, permit to break ground, CAT & Genny survey, visual survey.
  • Report any delivery issues to supervision.
  • Ensure production targets are met.

£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
