Strategy & Growth Project Manager


LOCATION:
Nationwide - hybrid working arrangements with use of offices in Bradford as required

TOP THREE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Own and manage the sales, tender and bid process in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Develop, own and manage a knowledge management process for the company, including casestudies being available for bid responses and marketing purposes.
  • Support Consultants client feedback processes

REPORTING

  • All HR, sickness and holiday issues/concerns or requests will be reported to the Consultants line manager
  • Director of Shared Capability on internal project reporting.

KEY INTERFACES

  • SLT for all bid and tender enquiries
  • Go / No Go, Bid Lead & teams, and bid reviewers as needed on bids.
  • Selected clients & partners during client feedback processes

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sat within the Strategy & Growth Business Unit reporting to the Director of Shared Capability, but with a remit to work with all Service Lines (Engineering, Asset Management, Commercial Services and Programme & Projects
  • To own and manage the sales, tender, and bid process in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring multiple channels and notifying relevant stakeholders of tender opportunities
  • Assisting with the organisation and running of Go No Go meets, bid KO sessions, bid reviews and submission as well as gathering postbid feedback and review details.
  • To assist the wider business by acting as the designated knowledge manager, responsible for gathering and collating casestudies of our work:
  • Develop standard approach to project case study and work with Commission Performance and Technical Lead for every project to produce a standard format case study.
  • Case studies will support the front end of the bid process in tender responses.
  • Case studies and client testimonials should also be used for marketing purposes in collaboration with the company's creative design agency.
  • The role will require the Project Manager to contribute to bids by answering core and standard company information questions.
  • Escalate through the appropriate governance channels, any sales and tender risks or issues.
  • Supporting the Shared Capability & Client team and wider Strategy & Growth team with sales, tender and knowledge management requirements
  • Support client feedback processes by bringing together feedback in a usable useable format for Operational and Strategy & Growth teams (dashboard developed)
  • Hold the relationship with external providers on customer feedback.
  • Promote sales and tender best practice within the organisation.

LIASE WITH

  • Senior Leadership Team on sales & tender opportunities and progress
  • External clients, as needed, on an opportunitybyopportunity basis
