Call Handler

Swanley/Bromley

£20,000 (OTE £24,000)

CCR are supporting a client based in Swanley, the client itself - well established and are continuing to grow. Based on this they are looking to bring in a bright, enthusiastic, and motivated Customer Support Advisor.

For this particular position the clientis keen to give this opportunity to someone who is starting out within their career or considering a new change totally.


In this position you will be liaising with existing customers of the client, supporting them with several enquiries/ customer service points and administrative duties.

Key responsibilities


Daily duties will include:

  • Taking part in and contributing to regular team meetings to generate new ideas and generate team success.
  • Connecting all departments to the customer for a seamless experience.
  • Appropriately managing caller expectation when/if specific people are not available to take a call.
  • Accurately documenting all general enquiries and maintaining relevant enquiry systems.
  • Appropriately seek real time support from Customer Support Executives.
  • Share feedback with managers to aid continual improvement.

  • We offer a basic salary of £20,000 and a £24,000 OTE. There are 30 Days Annual Leave (incl. Bank Holidays) and an extra day off for your Birthday.   • Working Days are Monday to Sunday with Weekend shifts every other week. Some of these shifts will involve working from home.
