Legal Contracts Manager - Part time working 3-4 days per week - fully remote role based in the UK or hybrid working 1-2 days per week from Birmingham office

Client
A progressive and successful consultancy firm which offers international exposure.

Role
Work closely with the Compliance manager but autonomously
An opportunity to raise your profile with the UK Board through expert advice and managing effective stakeholder relationships
Lead on the operation of a centralised contracts function.

Ensure that contracts with clients, partners and sub-contractors in all national and international contexts are fit for purpose and mitigate risk to the business.

You
A relevant professional qualification.
A breadth and depth of contract management knowledge especially in the Governmental sector
An understanding of key commercial drivers for driving greater value from contractual arrangements.
Skilled in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Proven experience in both decision making in commercial and/or technical roles that have positively impacted on business performance
