  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with executive search methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Resilient, won't throw in the towel when it gets tough
