A vibrant financial services company based in the West End are looking for a flexible and adaptable Receptionist/Facilities Manager
As the Receptionist/ Facilities Manager you will be responsible for providing an excellent and professional front of house experience to all visitors, guests, and employees in the office, Management of all meeting rooms including booking the rooms and clearingup after the meetings, assist in the preparation of meetings and other events as necessary, as well as ensuring the maintenance of the facility.
- Customer orientated with a passion for highlevel service
- Experience within a similar role
- The ability to be wellpresented and always maintain a high level of professionalism
- Clear and professional telephone manner and overall communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to work on own with mínimal need for supervision and enjoys working collaboratively with others in a team to achieve results
