This is a fantastic opportunity to join a European wide manufacturing business on a permanent basis offering a salary of up to
£38,000.


This is a full time, 38-hour week opportunity, offering a fantastic flexi time scheme allowing you to work your preferred hours around core business hours of
9:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9:30am - 12:00 on a Friday.


With offices, labs and production all within one site in Curdworth, you will be able to part of a collaborative team and really see the impact and value add of every team and your new colleagues


About the role:

You will be responsible for planning production to a defined deadline.


Your new role will require you to understand company needs based on stock, inventory, projects and plans as well as the understanding of general sales and market trends according to the industry.


Through your extesnive manufacturing experience you will schedule usage of production materials to ensure optimal production levels, monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage.


You will identify and resolve problems relating to inventory, forecast market challenges based on competitor analysis and address issues regarding quality and production.


Producing reports based on findings and performance of production, you will manage deadlines based on project expectations and be continually forward focused through daily review of bill of materials, product route's and work center capacity.


About you:

Ideally you will have extensive experience and working knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Naturally, you will have strong knowledge of industry market trends and conditions.

You will be comfortable with and have experience using SAP systems to support the role.


Fundamentally you are a team player, with a keen eye for detail, a right first time approach and an On-time delivery mindset.
