We now have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our Manchester based team on a 14-month maternity cover contract.
Role Purpose
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's Managing Partner.
- Responsibility for the Managing Partner's schedule, including arranging complex travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings, planning and organisation of events and management of casework
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintains records and processes expenses, invoices and any other requests for payment or reimbursement.
- Day to day management of other administrative and secretarial staff
- Take minutes during meetings and document actions
- Produce/prepare documentation and meeting packs for the Managing Partner and team, including confidential material
- Liaise with external consultants on social media content for the team
Person Specification
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar (essential)
- Excellent working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft office to include diary management and PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook (essential)
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately; diplomacy, professional conduct and discretion exhibited at all times.
- Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Previous people management experience would be desirable although not essential.
