GREAT NEW OPPORTUNITY
Are you an experienced Administrator with experience working within an engineering production environment?

Blink are recruiting for a well established family owned company who are looking to expand the team.


What you'll be doing:


  • Using a compuer maintenance management system (Shire)
  • Maintain legal compliance for engineering department across x2 sites
  • Administration of written insurance scheme
  • Maintain the approved contractor list
  • Assist engineering leadership team in planning activities
  • Liase with contractors and and plan work on site
  • Update engineering KPI's and reports
  • Collate and update budget data
  • Assistant procurement of quotes and tenders
  • Management and filing of engineering documents
  • Keep engineering training records up to date
  • Convert maintenance requests to work orders
  • Document creation and filing
  • Ordering and purchasing spare parts
  • Liasing with contractors and suppliers
  • Working on purchase orders and invoices
  • Data input using internal / external softwar
  • Supporting on the delivery of engineering projects
  • Internal Auditing of business management systems

What you'll need for this role:

  • To demonstrate the company values daily
  • Experience of working within an engineering / production environment
  • To be self motivated and driven
  • Be able to work as part of a team but also as an individual
  • Take ownership over your own work
  • Experience working on Word / Excel
  • Health and safety legislation is desireable
  • A valid RTW document / sharecode

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
