As a
Customer Experience Coordinator, your role encompasses delivering exceptional service throughout the installation journey for our customers. Acting as the main liaison, you'll address billing and provisioning enquiries promptly, ensuring our clients receive top-notch support. Proactively managing monthly billing, you'll ensure accurate and timely invoice dispatch. This position demands a proactive, solution-focused approach to meet and exceed customer expectations.


Key responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent communication to the customers at all important points of the installation. Answering incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Raise support tickets via Freshdesk, communicate with our engineering team to ensure a prompt resolution is provided for the customer
  • Efficiently manage incoming billing enquiries with prompt and effective responses.
  • Execute the monthly billing process and dispatch invoices.
  • Perform billing administration tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Monthly reporting with management on any billing issues with invoicing, credit notes etc.
  • Ensuring that customer billing queries are handled start to finish to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Accurately input detailed information into our CRM system as part of general administrative duties.
  • Conduct 'Check-In' calls with the customer base to ensure they are happy with everything
  • Facilitate a seamless porting process by proactively obtaining proof of ownership from our clients.
  • Other administrative tasks as and when required by Senior Management Team
  • Experience of working within a Billing Department desirable
  • Experience working in Telecoms desirable but not essential
  • Proficient in customer interaction with a strong confidence in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Demonstrates a proactive "cando" mindset, consistently ready to assist fellow team members with any necessary tasks.
  • Experience of working to deadlines.
  • Exhibit proactivity and demonstrate initiative when faced with decisions and challenges.
