IT Business Delivery Manager - IT Business Relationship Manager - IT - Banking - Permanent


One of our leading clients within the Banking Sector are seeking to bring on 2 IT Business Relationship Managers to the growing and expanding team.

This role is of Critical Portfolio Management you will be providing the interface between business end user teams and the Information Technology teams

Role responsibilities:

  • Shaping initial technology solutions to fit with business strategy
  • Responsible for the business line's technology delivery portfolio
  • Providing the view of IT service to the business line, including IT service improvement plans.
  • Able to create clarity on requirements for IT projects
  • Understand technology to a level that can assist design / architecture.
  • IT reporting, metrics and measures.
  • Dashboard Management
  • Change request controls
  • Design products
  • Run Resource allocation and forecasting.
  • Data modelling
As a Business Relationship Manager your experience

  • You should have indepth knowledge of technical delivery; project management; portfolio management and portfolio management.
  • You should be able to converse, influence and drive delivery decisions by conversing with people at all levels.
  • You should be able to structure processes and presentations so that a wide audience can read, understand and follow the information.
  • You should be able to prepare and undertake reviews with businesses presenting both change the bank and run the bank measures and metrics.
  • You should understand delivery to a level that can help business with the estimation/Tshirt sizing for the new business ideas/initiatives.
