Executive Assistant - Manchester (hybrid)

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our growing team, in a role providing administrative support and co-ordination to our Directors.

You will have prior experience at this level, either as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, or as an Office Manager.

You will understand the importance of discretion, confidentiality and data security, given your access to highly sensitive and confidential information.


Key responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Manage day to day administrative support duties.
  • Travel arrangements and event coordination.
  • Production of meeting documents, capture of meeting minutes/key actions for circulation, communication of outcomes and manage followup actions.
Experience required

  • Solid experience in a comparable role.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Experience handling confidential information

  • Strong, positive communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • People person ability to build strong and trusted relationships.
  • Highly proactive, demonstrating a strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion at all times.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity and ethics.
  • Reliable, with a friendly and helpful approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
  • Fluent English (spoken, written and comprehension).
