Accountability

• Responsible for ensuring that products are produced efficiently to work specifications.
• Ensure adherence to PQR/WPS parameters.
• Work in a manner, which protects the health, safety and welfare of self and others.
• Identifies & addresses quality related concerns appropriately
• Actively work with colleagues to continuously improve the company's working practices.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures including quality, safety, environmental and HR.
• Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters relating to company business.
• Look after company interests at all times.

Person Specification

Experience

• Time served welder (preferred)
• Experience/ ability to root and hot pass buttwelds
• Desirable but not essential experience of operating Fronius FPA9000 controller, or similar automated cladding equipment
• Desirable experience of cladding of subsea and surface welding equipment
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Practical knowledge of dimensional inspection of parts
• Good working knowledge of quality processes/requirements
