I am currently looking for a Personal Injury Solicitor with a solid background in RTA to join a successful law firm in Blackburn.
The role will involve:
- Handling RTA files and a knowledge of the civil procedure rules
- A working understanding of the MOJ portal process
- The ability to provide a high level of client care
- 1+ years PQE
- Be proficient with proclaim case management.
- Claimant experience
- Good working knowledge of the claims process
