Description

Confident, customer facing person with keen eye for detail and excellent command of English able to work independently visiting, inspecting, compiling and thoroughly checking detailed residential rental property condition reports.

You will have wi-fi, mobile phone and a reliable car to be available 4 days a week (usually Wednesday or Thursday off) to visit 1-4 properties per day, depending on size.

First inspection starting from 10am, last inspection finishing upto 1.30pm. At busy periods extra hours will be required.

Coverage towns for this branch are along the M3 corridor from Basingstoke to Lightwater but mostly towns between so best you live in that area.

The West Berkshire area may be required on occasions for another branch but paid in addition separately.

We provide you with an Apple iPad with report template software and voice recognition technology for you to check/compile reports and integrate photos.

We can provide training although a background or interest in the property industry would be an advantage.

No selling required, we supply you with inspection appointments.

Basic salary plus appointment attendance fees generates an expected income of circa £10-14k pa. Business mileage allowance is also paid.
