This is a fantastic opportunity for you to support and assist the Nightshift Supervisor and monitor all assembly operations and delivery of projects on time.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Deputising for Supervisor where appropriate
- Monitoring existing workload and ensure that resource levels are appropriate for delivery
- Support on time delivery of projects
- Oversee the completion of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)
- Maintain policies and standard operating procedures in accordance with assembly requirements, have a high regard to the health and safety aspects of the work
- Provides support and assistance for assembly/test related problems and issues as required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Apprenticeship served in Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant experience within related industry including knowledge of industry practices & standards, pump/rotating equipment experience being desirable.
- Knowledge of assembly processes and procedures
- Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements including completion of risk assessments
- Excellent Computer skills
- A good communicator
- Flexible and adapt to change
- A methodical approach to work to deadlines whilst maintain attention to detail and ability to adapt to change when required.
- Capacity to work autonomously
