Description

Job Purpose

  • To support the planning, analyzing and reporting function of the company by providing accurate and timely reports for sound decision making by management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth
  • Provide accurate and sound management reporting to assist with key decision making
  • Preparation variance and analysis reports for Management decision making
  • Develop relevant templates for selling price calculations in line with Zeepay JV UK business model
  • Coordinate the annual budgeting and planning process of Zeepay JV UK
  • Manage Zeepay JV UK's capital expenditure planning process and returns on investment requirements
  • Produce Business unit financial statements and the associated variance analysis reports
  • Continuous engagement with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on monthly performance targets.
  • Review accounting processes and practices and improve upon the reporting requirements of Zeepay JV UK
  • Assist in cost control and optimization of resources
  • Develop and manage appropriate financial reporting templates to ensure value creation of the function.
  • Advise of appropriate financial reporting tools when necessary.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting and or other related fields
  • Master's degree in Corporate Finance or Business Administration with a specialty in Finance preferred.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
  • Sound business knowledge.
  • Accuracy and an eye for detail.

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with company policy.
  • Must be able to close late from work.
  • Must be prepared to avail him/ herself during the weekend when the need arises.
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly to all stakeholders.

Salary:
£32,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
