Job description


The Opportunity of Sales Support is for someone that likes to satisfy customer requirements, establish rapport with professional business practice that builds ongoing customer lifetime value.


  • The position is largely a reactive role, providing time support to customer requirements, supporting the development team's admin tasks and will include activities that bring value to the customer and increase lifetime value.
  • The job holder's primary activity is to respond swiftly with quotation and order entry, provide product and delivery query support and solutions, proactively promote the Prokura online ordering portal.
  • The Job Holder will be involved in sales retention activities, product promotions, back order management and reporting tasks

Responsibilities

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week


Salary:
£14,625.00 per year
