Description

Summary:
Full time, permanent work hours (45 hours per week)

£15 per hour

Working hours from 7:30AM - 5PM

Practical & inter-personal skills required

Experience of driving heavy duty counter balance fork lift truck (8 ton & over) or shipping container handler (ideally both)

Excellent time keeping & management skills

Excellent organisation & communication skills

Good understanding of health & safety practises & a willingness to adhere to these practises at all times


Role:
Loading & unloading of empty shipping containers & portable accommodation using 12 / 14 ton counter balance fork lift truck & specialised container handler

Inspection of goods in & out for damage & reporting as required

Booking of goods in & out on a daily basis

Movement of products around our busy workshops & depot

Jet washing of goods prior to dispatch as required

Assisting depot manager & foreman with ad-hoc duties as required


Salary:
£15.00-£15.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
