About the role:
Being a part of our UK team, you will drive sales by developing relationships with existing customers and developing new accounts.
Key responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the Country Manager to grow and develop the existing customer base in line with business strategy.
Drive the business development efforts across different market sectors and provide support for negotiations with clients.
Prepare business contracts, offers, analyses and reports as required.
Achieve annual revenue & margin targets from the assigned area.
Provide expert knowledge of HEXONIC products and develop understanding of customers' business to influence their decision-making process.
Take part in trade shows and exhibitions.
Proactively identify the activity of competition that may impact business development.
Desirable criteria:
University degree in business or technical science.
More than five years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
A commercial approach to business with the ability to quickly understand the company's operations and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
