Are you a true People Business Partner looking to support and influence senior leaders and managers? This is a role for a partner of the business to drive change in a fast paced and highly commercial environment.

Drawing on your depth of knowledge across all aspects of HR (e.g. reward, ER, talent, restructuring, TUPE & leadership) you will be in a position to make a difference.

The role is based in East-Kent and works on a hybrid basis 2 days a week from home, operates flexible working and can also look at part-time options.

People Business Partner

12-month FTC

East Kent / Hybrid


Role and Responsibilities:

  • As a senior member of the People team, participate in the development of the organisation's annual Business Plan
  • Support the People Director with reviewing and developing pay and reward, wellbeing and employee retention
  • Proactively supporting and coaching leaders
  • Participate in the planning and evaluation of Organisational Development
  • Delivery of the people function
  • Lead on workforce resource planning
  • Contribute to the production of the People Strategy
  • Manage and support the People Coordinator

Experience required:

  • CIPD qualified
  • Excellent analytical and people management skills
  • Excellent understanding of up to date employment law
  • Experience of generalist HR in advising and coaching managers on best practice
  • Demonstratable experience of collaborative working with key stakeholders
