Junior / Mid Weight Graphic Designer
My growing Technology client is looking for a Junior to Mid Weight Graphic Designer.


This is a new position due to growth and will be the first time they have had their own in-house Graphic Designer within the Commercial team, it is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to take ownership of the role.

You'll be part of the creative force behind the brand image, responsible for designing marketing and sales collateral, visual content, and everything in between


As part of the Marketing Team, you will work alongside the Sales and Product Teams, conceptualising and executing engaging materials through compelling visuals.


Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively across numerous teams including marketing, sales and product.
  • Design and create sales materials and assets including brochures, slide decks and one page guides.
  • Creation of social media assets, images, gif, website assets, digital advertising assets and eshots
  • Event and Exhibition Materials design and develop exhibition panel artwork and event support materials
  • Creating engaging, onbrand, client specific materials and videos
  • Support with the production of highquality materials to support bids and pitches.
  • Ensuring all work is to a high standard and to deadlines
  • Have an understanding of your audience
  • Be prepared to push boundaries, experiment, and innovate

Essential skills

  • Relevant graphic design qualifications and a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Experience of working in a creative team and taking creative direction
  • Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience of video editing software
  • Be a selfmotivated allrounder bursting with ideas and creativity.
  • An ability to translate a brief into something wonderful
  • A realistic approach to deadlines, timelines and schedules
  • Excellent Image editing Skills
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong eye for technical details
  • Work well in a team plus be able to handle projects individually.
  • A positive cando attitude that fits perfectly into the company ethos
  • Excellent communication skills
