Gleeson Recruitment Group are proudly supporting a market leading infrastructure products company based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands with revenue of c.£80m and c.260 employees.

This business has experienced growth, both organically and through acquisition,with support from a successful FTSE 250 Midlands based parent company and are now looking to recruit a Management Accountant.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller the Management Accountant will be working in a team of 3, being responsible for delivering group Management Accounts and delivering quality financial reporting and performance analysis.

KEY DUTIES

Prepare and interpret monthly management accounts
Review trends and challenge current performance, identifying risks and opportunities
Business partnering with operations, R&D, commercial & HR presenting clear financial information to support decision making
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts and projections
Support the Financial Controller in the improvement of internal Controls and Processes
Responsibility for budgeting and forecasting including P&L, cashflow and working capital requirements.
Supporting the Finance Director with presentations and reports.
Contributing to the development and pursuit of strategic finance goals, including through capital allocation and commercial decision making.
Supporting the group in meeting compliance obligations in respect of employment taxes, indirect taxes and custom declaration obligations.
