Role Overview
As a Founder Associate, you will work closely with Partners and portfolio company founders, gaining day-to-day exposure to late-stage venture investing and company building. This is a high-impact role with broad responsibility across sourcing, diligence, and hands-on support for portfolio growth — ideally suited for someone with strong analytical skills, strategic curiosity, and a passion for technology venture capital.
What You'll Do
Investment Evaluation & Strategy
- Perform deep market and competitive research across US tech sectors
- Build financial models and support valuation work
- Assist in diligence on new late-stage investment opportunities
- Prepare investment memos, deal summaries, and Partner briefings
Portfolio & Founder Support
- Work directly on strategic initiatives with founders in portfolio companies
- Support GTM, expansion planning, KPIs, fundraising strategy, and key hires
- Drive bespoke analytical projects that help scale portfolio operations
Deal Sourcing & Ecosystem Engagement
- Identify and build relationships with founders, investors, and operators
- Attend key industry events and contribute to sector theses
- Assist in maintaining pipeline and tracking emerging opportunities
Who You Are
- 1–4 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, investment banking, consulting
- Strong analytical and modelling capabilities
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
- High ownership mindset with confidence in ambiguity
- Passion for late-stage tech and building long-term relationships
- Based in or willing to work onsite in London
