Are you a Land Manager and looking to steer your career in the direction of working for an independent developer with a reputation for building stunning luxury homes?

We are delighted to be working alongside our client as they look to appoint a figure head for their land team and continue delivering luxury homes across the central belt.

With over 30 years' industry experience, this developer creates luxurious, aspirational homes with an unwavering attention and are well known for their contemporary, timeless residences.

Key to your role will be work closely with internal stakeholders and develop and maintain effective relationships with agents, landowners and property professionals, affordable housing providers in order to maximise opportunities.

Reporting to the Development Manager, responsibilities of the role include:

To identify, assess, pursue and progress potential land opportunities suitable for the business.
Lead and supervise, where appointed on bid submissions.
Take ownership of legal agreement negotiations on projects.
Manage the land value negotiation process.
Develop relationships with partner organisations to advance scheme progress and explore additional opportunities.
Preparation and production of regular updates and reports as required.
Support with regular updates regarding existing land holdings and proposed future land purchases.
Work with commercial and technical departments to seamlessly integrate infrastructure requirements within land development plans, coordinating closely with utility companies to ensure efficient implementation.
