The post holder will have no direct reports, but will be responsible for supervising volunteers as detailed in this job description.

Additionally the Retail Supervisor will be expected to perform all the key responsibilities described with mínimal supervision and for presenting themselves and their work effectively.

Basic function
The Retail Supervisor will support the Retail Manager with the delivery of our multi-channel retail sales operations.

This currently includes four shops, an online presence on eBay plus an expansion plan that includes regular and seasonal market stalls, pop up shops and additional web-based channels.

More shops may be acquired in the future.

The post holder will be based in one of our shops located in Hackney, but will also be required to work in in other stores or retail outlets to meet the needs of the business.

This includes providing cover for annual leave or volunteer shortages.

The post holder must be able to work on Saturdays.
