NovaWorx are currently recruiting Production Operatives for our client based in the Runcorn area on mixture of days and nights role on a temporary-to-permanent basis with immediate starts available


Job Duties:


  • Working within a fastmoving consumer goods production environment.
  • Operating various stages of production line including feeding materials and monitoring production levels.
  • Packing finished product into packaging and then palletise to be taken to the warehouse for storage.
  • Changing of machinery and light cleaning of the hoppers.
  • Generally lifting product no heavier than 12kg.
  • Quality Control checking ensuring the product is completed to the highest standard and disposing of materials that don't.

Job Specifications:


  • Mixture of 12hour shifts on days and nights rotating pattern between the days of Monday
  • Saturday, so works out 36 / 48 hour working week with the rota given weeks in advance.
  • Overtime offered regularly.
- £10.10p/h with higher earning potential when fully trained up.

  • Overtime paid at £12.80p/h.
  • Potential to be trained up to machine technician level when fully trained.
  • Immediate starts available and full training to be given.

Job Requirements:


  • Experience within a production environment is preferred but not essential at all.
