My client is a leading Distribution company based in Tamworth and currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to cover 12 month Maternity LeaveBased at their modern offices, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and National Accounts Team. You will be responsible for speaking with our Customers, chasing orders/deliveries, advising of products, stock. Dealing with customer queries, escalating where necessary.
This is a fantastic role and you will be the hub function for the team and the role potentially will be permanent.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday between 8am to 5pm on rota basis
Salary £22,600.00 per annum and an additional £150 per month bonus
