Financial Controller, Guildford with parking and hybrid working, £70k to £90k OTE + Benefits


This is a cracking opportunity for an experienced qualified accountant to join a high growth division of a large International business in it's lead Finance position.


In this varied and challenging role you will support the MD and Senior Leadership Team to manage all monthly reporting and month end processes (supported by an off-site SSC) as well as ensuring that business strategies are financially stress tested, challengedand integrated into budgeting processes and tracked against appropriate financial review mechanisms.

The role will assume full responsibility for all financial aspects of the UK business activities including assessing, recommending and delivering financialtools and best practices to optimise the division's financial performance.


This Financial Controller role will suit someone with a proven track record in a similar FC / FM level role and a strong technical background, ideally with a larger / multi-site firm.

You will need a sound understanding of financial and strategic planningand be able to manage financial risk and control activities and enable change in a complex business.

You will need strong problem solving and decision making skills and be able to analyse complex information and drive change.

Strong communication skills anda positive, hands-on approach will also help to ensure success.

This is a permanent, full-time job. The client is based in Guildford and can offer hybrid working if required.
