The role


We are seeking a dynamic and committed Housing Officer (Communities) to join our Greater Manchester and Cheshire Neighbourhood Team based in Oldham.


You will be part of a team responsible for delivering a high quality, integrated neighbourhood management service, that is closer to our customer and helps to create sustainable neighbourhoods.


As part of the role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: starter tenancy visits, managing low level anti-social behaviour, safeguarding, and being a point of contact for our customers.

You will also assist with environment queries, complaints, and service charges. The role is varied, challenging, and no two days are the same.

  • You must have experience in estate management, with a strong focus on safeguarding and putting customer at the heart of everything you do.

  • You will have a passion for housing management.
  • You must hold a full UK driving licence.
