We are recruiting a
Client Coordinator to join our Bristol or Chichester Commercial Healthcare Team.

This part of the business is responsible for advising Commercial clients on all aspects of the insured benefits relating to Private Medical Insurance, Cash Plans, Dental, Travel and EAP.

What can you expect:


  • As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daytoday management of a portfolio containing a significant number of clients, assist the consulting team in gathering, organising, entering and analysing data to be used for our client's renewals.
  • You will be assigned a buddy in the team to support your development to enable you to provide a firstclass service to your Clients and Consultants
  • You will be the main point of contact in relation to Mercer services, maintaining a relationship with clients and coordinating services from specialists within the business

We will count on you to:

  • Deliver consulting support to consulting teams, managing the renewal process
  • Communicate with clients, colleagues and Insurers (verbal and written), obtaining information to obtain renewal terms
  • Take ownership of delivery of tasks and proactively manage own workload whilst adhering to MMB processes and targets
  • Managing and maintaining client relationships and partnering with internal/ external stakeholders to achieve best service for client
  • Ensure quality of own work through right first time approach
  • Develop and maintain appropriate technical and market knowledge

What you need to have:


  • Previous experience within customer focused industry
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with a logical approach to your work
  • Good visual accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise at all levels
  • Must be enthusiastic, motivated and committed to providing high quality service to clients
