Butler Rose are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a long established and highly successful business, based locally to Sidcup, who are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Finance Manager into their close knit team.

If you have been studying towards the ACCA/CIMA qualification and are working in the role of Assistant Management Accountant,looking for your next opportunity, this could be the perfect role for you.

Offering study support and with a solid management team as mentors this really is a step in the right direction.

Duties of the role include:

The preparation of and assistance with monthly management accounts
Supervising a small ledger team and overseeing large volume transactions
Balance sheet reconciliations
Managing and developing staff (small team of 3)
Working with the finance team, other departments and directors to improve processes
Dealing with stock accounting

Who are we looking for?

A part qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
A confident user of both accounting systems and Excel (confident using vlookups/pivot tables)
A person who is naturally diligent and takes pride in their level of accuracy and attention to detail
A person who has experience within a fast moving environment such as manufacturing / FMCG / retail
A person who has the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels including senior management
A naturally hardworking, confident and outgoing professional

Please note this role is based in office, 5 days per week (Mon-Fri) and
does NOT offer hybrid working.

You will be working in a great setting, with a close knit and well established team, offering all the support you need to complete the roleto the highest standard.
