Description

A highly successful private equity firm is looking for a Marketing Executive/Senior Marketing Executive to join its London team.

The Role

Reporting into the Origination Director and working closely with the Investment and Operations teams, your role will be to assist with all marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Identifying areas for marketing innovation
Designing and producing high quality marketing materials (print and digital)
Preparing, formatting, fact checking and editing a range of documents for a variety of different audiences (e.g. management teams, advisors, investors)
Composing and posting online content on the company's website and social media accounts
Coordinating PR activities, including award submissions and events
In collaboration with the Partners and Origination Director, managing the annual marketing plan and ensuring all marketing activity fits with the overall strategy of the firm
Developing and running marketing campaigns to engage with core audiences
Providing administrative support and liaising with external designers, publishers and printers
Coordinating the network of marketing professionals across the investment portfolio

Key Skills & Experience

Marketing experience gained within Financial Services or Professional Services
Design experience (e.g. Adobe InDesign)
Exemplary attention to detail with complimentary copy writing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
An ability to produce and template high quality reports, presentations, and content across various platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign)
Previous experience of producing and managing marketing campaigns, website and social media content
Knowledge and experience of MS office and CRM/digital marketing tools (such as MailChimp)
