**Day Nursery Assistant**

Pembrokeshire College (Bright Start Day Nursery) is currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Nursery Assistant/s to work within their busy Day Nursery. The Day Nursery is currently open Monday—Friday 8am
- 6pm. Term times only and offers childcare for pre-school children from 0-7 years.

**Salary Details**: £13.06 per hour (Fixed rate
- rate inclusive of holiday pay)

**Hours of Work**: Part-time -24 hours per week. A job share will be considered.
- This post will be worked over 39 weeks (which are the College's term weeks from September to June) plus 3 additional weeks_

**Contract Type**:Hourly Paid - Fixed Term to 30th June 2023

**Qualifications**: Applicants must hold an Early Years Childcare Qualification at minimum Level 2.

**Experience**: It is essential to have experience of working with children in a day
- care setting.

**Details**:The prime objective of the Bright Start Day Nursery is to provide a safe, stimulating and educational environment, which is fun; where learning takes place through play and the delivery of the Foundation Phase. In partnership with parents, the nursery aims to encourage the development of happy, confident, self-motivated and enquiring children.

You will be professional, approachable, discreet and have a patient, friendly and enthusiastic disposition. You will be able to work as part of a team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience on a flexible basis in a well established and popular Nursery.

Ar hyn o bryd mae Coleg Sir Benfro (Meithrinfa Ddydd Bright Start) yn ceisio penodi Cynorthwyydd/wyr Meithrinfa brwdfrydig i weithio yn eu Meithrinfa Ddydd brysur. Mae'r Feithrinfa Ddydd ar agor ar hyn o bryd o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener 8yb - 6yp. Amserau tymor yn unig ac mae'n cynnig gofal plant i blant cyn-ysgol rhwng 0-7 oed.

**Manylion Cyflog**:£13.06 yr awr (Cyfradd sefydlog - cyfradd gan gynnwys tâl gwyliau)

**Oriau Gwaith**: Rhan amser - 24 awr yr wythnos. Bydd rhannu swydd yn cael ei ystyried.
- Bydd y swydd hon yn cael ei gweithio dros 39 wythnos (sef wythnosau tymor y Coleg o fis Medi i fis Mehefin) ynghyd â 3 wythnos ychwanegol._

**Math o Gontract**:Tâl fesul awr - Cyfnod Penodol hyd at 30 Mehefin 2023

**Cymwysterau**:Rhaid i ymgeiswyr feddu ar Gymhwyster Gofal Plant Blynyddoedd Cynnar ar Lefel 2 o leiaf.

**Profiad**: Mae'n hanfodol cael profiad o weithio gyda phlant mewn lleoliad gofal dydd.

**Manylion**: Prif amcan Meithrinfa Ddydd Bright Start yw darparu amgylchedd diogel, ysgogol ac addysgol, sy'n hwyl; lle mae dysgu'n digwydd trwy chwarae a chyflwyno'r Cyfnod Sylfaen. Mewn partneriaeth â rhieni, nod y feithrinfa yw annog datblygiad plant hapus, hyderus, hunan-ysgogol ac ymholgar.
