Description

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance Team. The position is based in our Yeovil office with the opportunity to work flexibly once fully trained.

As a Finance Assistant you will support with maintaining the payroll log, processing payroll, dealing with staff queries, processing staff expense claims and in the production of financial information as required.

You are a confident communicator, happy to interact with colleagues both within the team and other teams across Old Mill to ensure correct processes and procedures are followed.

Requirements:

This role is a busy one, with a large level of time-critical work required each month you are efficient in juggling multiple tasks and prioritising your workload.

Always adhering to process, as a highly organised person, you are detail conscious and able to perform tasks accurately.

Knowledge of financial systems, while not essential, would be advantageous.

More importantly you are working towards or have your AAT qualification, with experience in an office environment which has given you the confidence and ability to work efficiently and accurately.
