The role will involve dealing with a wide and varied client base dealing with developers, funds, investors, lenders, borrowers, landlords, owner occupiers and tenants on most aspects of real estate law in the UK and offshore.
- Essential experience in
- Dealing with all aspect of commercial property.
- Acting for borrowers in refinancing.
- Granting and acquiring leases for Landlords and Tenants.
- Acting for lenders and experience of bridging work.
- Excellent technical knowledge.
Salary:
£70,000.00-£95,000.00 per year
