Registered Nurse NIGHTS

Nottingham, Bulwell

Salary:
£24.00per hour / Equivalent to £59,904 per annum

Hours: 48 hours

Time Recruitment are proud to be selecting for a Registered Nurse to work in a beautiful traditional nursing home. The nursing home is only a short commute (7minutes) drive from Bulwell train station.

The Registered Nurse will be joining a service which can accommodate for 40 residents.

The CQC is rated at "GOOD "and the reputable service provides exceptional care which varies from nursing care, dementiacare and palliative care.

Overview of duties for the Registered Nurse role:

Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents including making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Carrying out assessments, you'll develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each of our residents
You'll monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies, and legislation
Delivering clinical guidance to your care team, you will lead, motivate and mentor this team to ensure the safe and efficient day to day running of the care home
Always promoting our resident's independence, choice and dignity by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement
