Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for a residential apartments project in Marley bone.

This is a permanent position paying £260 a day.

The role:

You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams on a new build residential scheme
Manage and put to work subcontractors teams
Value engineering and scoping work.
Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
Estimations and variations as required
