The role of the Restaurant Supervisor is a key one to ensure that all guests get the best of service all of the time.

It is a hands-on role which requires a good strong presence in the restaurant. In addition it includes undertaking all training of new staff and the continuous training of existing staff.

You will deliver high-quality training and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

You will be expected to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our high-end environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences
