Description
We are currently looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to look after our group of companies. The role at present is being managed by 1 person on a 20 hour per week contract working 4 days however this can be flexible hours and days to suit the new starter who will report to the Managing Director

The person must be competent on Xero and ideally have experience on Brightpay


The role includes:

  • Raising Sales Invoices
  • Management of Debtors
  • Processing Creditor Invoices
  • Allocation of invoices for Job Costings
  • VAT returns including reverse charge VAT
  • Cash Flow Forecasts
  • Processing Payroll
  • CIS Returns
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Credit card Reconciliations
  • Pensions
  • Profit and Loss
  • Balance Sheet
