We are looking for someone who has worked in the insurance industry as this position requires industry knowledge & experience.

The eCommerce department are responsible for delivering new motor insurance products. As part of this role, you will be assisting with the implementation of new & existing product changes & developments with an aim to delivering accurate product changesin a timely manner


Key responsibilities

  • Activation of new brokers and schemes
  • Assist with the testing of rates, documents and EDI using a variety of software platforms
  • Assist with ongoing maintenance of products to ensure optimum accuracy
  • Provide feedback and underwriting functionality
  • Support Policy Operations team with software system issues & queries
  • Investigate rating, point of sale EDI data defects and work with software providers to find an effective solution
  • Assist with the monitoring tasks such as daily EDI & MID submission

Skills / Experience

  • 2 Years or more experience in insurance or an office environment
  • You will have excellent communication skills
  • A team player
  • Highly motivated
