Are you an enthusiastic and organized individual with a passion for marketing and sales? Switch Advisor is seeking a top Marketing and Sales Assistant to provide essential support to our dynamic marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the marketing and sales teams, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.

Marketing Assistance: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and digital marketing tasks.

Sales Support: Aid the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and managing customer inquiries. Help with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

Data Analysis: Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support marketing and sales strategies and initiatives.

Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Inventory Management: Maintain marketing and sales materials, inventory, and promotional items.

Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and sales events, trade shows, and promotions.

Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in marketing and sales support roles is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
