We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Advisor.

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and guidance to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, assisting clients with their inquiries and building strong relationships.


Duties:


  • Provide accurate information and advice on our products and services
  • Assist clients with their inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns they may have
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the most suitable solutions for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide effective solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting our products and services

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,661.39 per year
