Andrew Craig are one of the leading Estate Agents in the North East, with a regional branch network.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our growing Central Property Hub, which supports our Branch Network.

The opportunity will involve flexible working, working as part of a shift rota.


The role involves:


  • Providing invaluable support to our branch network
  • Building on existing business relationships to improve on the already outstanding service we offer
  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities
  • Book appointments for our branches, work with other staff members from branches and resolve customer queries quickly
  • Dealing with inbound queries out of hours to offer support to clients for longer opening times
  • Work on outbound calling campaigns to boost business across the company
  • Providing key support to our branches to ensure we maximise every opportunity
  • Working to agreed targets and deadlines, providing updates to your line manager
  • Experience within the estate agency environment
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Be self motivated and driven to succeed
  • Excellent customer service skills
There will be a salary package based on OTE


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability
