Our client, a subsidiary of a world leading provider of engineered solutions to the aerospace and defence market operates as specialist manufacturers of electrical components and systems to the aerospace market with a reputation for high quality, high reliabilityproducts and a clear commitment to complete client satisfaction.

An enthusiastic
Quality Technician is required to join a dynamic, proactive Quality team.

You will need some experience of working in a proactive Engineering Manufacturing Quality function including familiarity with AS9100.

Additional requirements include the ability to support QRQC process, familiarity with the methodologies, tools and conceptsof quality continuous improvement, a solid technical background with knowledge of inspection and control methods (techniques and documentation including preparation of FAI), well developed communication skills and a good level of IT literacy.

The role also requires a good level of spoken English but knowlwdge of an additional European language would be highly advantageous.

Duties are broad and varied and include product testing and root cause analysis, ensuring the smooth flow of work through the Quality Assurance system to the next process or operation, ensuring that all documentation is maintained and completed to requiredstandards and actively assisting and when required leading aspects of continuous improvement within the company i.e.

QRQC.
