Overview

The Role & Responsibilities of the Credit Controller

  • Debtor chasing
  • Releasing orders throughout the day
  • Managing customer credit limits and making credit decisions
  • Supporting customer queries
  • Working with other departments to resolve the issues swiftly
  • Preparing and issuing multiple statement runs each month
  • Invoice processing
  • Providing support to the credit control admin team when short staffed
  • Preparing for monthly debtor meetings with sales leaders

Requirements of the Credit Controller

  • Ability to quickly form relationships with clients
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous experience working within a similar role
  • Experience using MS Excel is beneficial

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £28,000.00 per year
